1. How can I place an order on Vybekart?
Simply browse the products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm the order.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD on most products across India. You can choose this option during checkout if it’s available for your location.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the courier.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use it to track your package.
6. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us through the Contact Us page. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Some items are non-returnable—please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
8. How do I get a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, you’ll need to share your UPI or bank details.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos/videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Vybekart ships only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
