Return & Refund Policy

At Vybekart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., skincare, undergarments, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Damaged items due to misuse or wear and tear


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit the Contact Us section on Vybekart.

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the return pickup or address for self-shipping (if applicable).

Note: Return pickup is available in select areas. If pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit, based on your preference).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI once bank details are shared.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:

  • Double-check your bank or UPI account

  • Contact your bank/payment provider—it may take some time before the refund is reflected

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
