  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there’s a significant delay, we will notify you.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery time may vary due to factors like location, shipping partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public events.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

  • Vybekart may offer free shipping on selected products or on orders above a certain value during special promotions.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor the shipment status.

  • If your tracking number does not update within 48 hours, please contact us through the Contact Us page on Vybekart.


5. Undelivered Packages

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or any other reason, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will be attempted or arranged after customer confirmation.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, Vybekart only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


7. Damages or Delays

  • Vybekart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with pictures so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
